1. Service Agreement

By using Trusted Wanderlust VIP services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our premium travel planning services are provided subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit and are subject to our cancellation policy. Final payment is due 30 days before travel. Prices are subject to change until booking confirmation.

3. Travel Documentation

Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and health documentation. We provide guidance but cannot guarantee entry to any destination.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: 10% penalty. 30-59 days: 25% penalty. 15-29 days: 50% penalty. Less than 15 days: 100% penalty.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control including weather, political situations, or force majeure events.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
